After meeting with my site supervisor and discussing several possibilities for an action research plan, I have decided on what to research.
At our campus, new interactive whiteboards were installed in every classroom. Many teachers are resistant to using the new technology. For my action research plan, I am going to attempt to answer two questions: How effective is interactive technology in increasing student performance and engagement? How can I help motivate other teachers on my campus to utilize the new technology?
